1. General Policy

2. Eligibility for Refund
Before Project Start:
- 100% refund if cancellation is requested before any work has begun.
After Project Kick-off:
- Partial refund may be considered depending on work completed.
- Costs for analysis, design, or development already delivered are non-refundable.
Milestone-Based Projects:
- Refunds are not applicable for completed milestones.
- Only unused, unbilled portions may be refunded.
Digital Products (Software Licenses, Source Code, Deliverables):
- Non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of digital goods.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after project approval.
- Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., late feedback, missing content).
- Services already rendered (consultation, design, coding, deployment).
- Third-party costs (hosting, domain, APIs, licenses).
4. Quality & Disputes
- If the client is dissatisfied with the quality, the company will attempt to fix issues at no extra cost.
- Refunds are only considered if the company fails to deliver agreed-upon scope despite reasonable revisions.
